Ingredients

3 pounds beef roast

6 potatoes, peeled

1½ cups baby carrots

1 yellow onion

2 stalks celery

3 cubes beef bouillon

½ cup water

The Process

Step 1: Slice the potatoes, onions and celery into thin slices and place in a crockpot. Place the beef roast on top of the vegetables, then add the bouillon cubes on the roast to season it.

Step 2: Pour water in the pot, cover it and allow to cook for 5 hours till it’s done. Take down and serve to the family.

Tips:

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat, place the pot roast back into the oven and cook until it is piping hot
