Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
1 lg zucchini, sliced
1 lg yellow squash, sliced
2 md shallots, minced
1 tsp garlic (fresh or jar)
1/2 can heavy cream
Shredded cheese, just a handful to sprinkle
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sprinkle of oregano
Parmesan cheese, to taste

The process

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Saute shallots and garlic in the butter in a large bowl, and cook until shallots are transparent.

Step 3: Add zucchini, squash, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to it. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into a baking dish to bake, sprinkle with a little parmesan and shredded cheese.
