Tuna Cutlets :
Ingredients
โ 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked
โ 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
โ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
โ 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
โ 1 large egg, beaten
โ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
โ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
โ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
โ 1/2 teaspoon paprika
โ Salt and black pepper to taste
โ Vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation
1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the flaked tuna, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, finely chopped onion, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Form Cutlets: Shape the mixture into small patties or cutlets, about 1/2-inch thick.
3. Heat Oil: Heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Fry Cutlets: Fry the tuna cutlets in batches, cooking for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Serve: Serve the tuna cutlets warm with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
