Ingredients:
– 4 large onions, peeled and sliced into rings 
– 1 cup all-purpose flour 
– 1 teaspoon salt 
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika 
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
– 1 cup buttermilk 
– Oil for frying 
Procedure:
1. Prepare the Onions: Separate the onion slices into rings. 
2. Prepare the Breading: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. 




3. Coat the Onions: Dip the onion rings into the buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere. 

4. Fry the Onions: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the coated onion rings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. 

5. Serve: Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
