If you’re someone who loves strawberry desserts, then you’ll love this one. Even if you’re allergic to strawberries, this is one that works well, and it’s got the strawberry flavor, without the ingredient of strawberries.

It’s mouthwatering, and the flavor is there, but it also is not overpowering compared to the other different flavors. This really is perfect for those who are strawberry fanatics, since it feels like you’re just having a symphony of amazing flavors sitting there, mingling perfectly in your mouth, making it some of the best, most mouth-watering experiences that you can get, no matter what it might be.

This is one as well that’s good if you want to also watch your weight, as it’s something that, while it does have a lot of carbs, is not super high in calories, and it even has protein in it too!

All you’ll need are:

An oven (one that is temperature regulated.)
A baking pan (preferably a 9-inch cake pan)
Aluminum foil
And yes, you’ll still be needing all those bowls and spoons.

Ingredients :

Now, there are three major parts to this recipe:

The bottom crust
The filling, and
The topping

To make the bottom crust, you’ll need:

22 Golden Oreos Crushed
5 Tbsp Melted butter
For the filling, you’ll need:

4 8oz packages cream cheese
1 2/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Jar of smuckers strawberry ice cream topping

For the topping, you’ll need:

12 Golden Oreos Crushed & divided into 2 bowls (one for plain Oreo topping, one for
your strawberry ones)

1 1/2 Tsp Softened Butter
3 Tbsp from a small package of strawberry gelatin

Steps

First, clear out the counter and the kitchen of anything in the baking space so that you’re not encumbered at all by this.

Preheat the oven so it’s 350. While this is going on, you can then line a pan with some foil, and then add some butter inside so that it doesn’t stick to this.

Make the crust by first crushing the Oreos and then putting them in the butter, incorporating all of this, and then pressing it towards the bottom of the pan.

Next, make the cream cheese filling by putting the cream cheese, a third a cup of sugar, and cornstarch in there, beating it for about 3 minutes, and then beat the rest with the extra cream cheese that’s there. Do this until it’s creamy.

You will need to make it faster to beat the last cup and a third of the sugar, and the vanilla that’s in there too.

Take each of the eggs, beating them once each with the batter, and then, beat the heavy cream into this.

Make sure that the filling is mixed fully until totally blended so that it’s not overmixed

Take half the filling, put it on the crust, and then, put half of the strawberry topping on top of this.

Take a butterknife and drag it so that it’s marbleized, and then spoon the latter half of the batter, the strawberry on top, and then leave it like this.

Bake for about an hour or until it jiggles a bit when shaken.

For your topping of crumbs, add the Oreo to a food processor or bowl, puling it so it becomes crumbly. Add some soft butter, mix it a bit with the hands to make small pieces.

From there, take two tablespoons of that, put it to the side.

Take the jello powder and place it over the crumbled area, pinching this together.

  1. Put more softened butter as needed for the mixture, and then add it to the topping of the cake
