Ingredients:

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
4 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions:

1/4 cup flour, mustard, garlic pepper, and seasoned salt in a shallow bowl. Dredge the pork chops one at a time in the flour mixture. Brown the chops in oil on both sides in a large skillet.

Place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Pour the broth over the chops. Cook, covered and on low heat, for 2-3 hsours, or until the meat is tender.

Transfer the pork to a serving plate and keep it warm. Cook, covered, on high heat until gravy thickens; whisk in remaining flour until smooth.

Thinner pork cuts will produce the same results but will be less tender. The best cuts of pork to use for this recipe are sirloin, shoulder, or blade chops.
