Preparation 🍳
1. Prepare Slow Cooker: Grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter. 🍞🧈

2. Mix Custard: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined. 🥚🥛🥥🍬🌿

3. Assemble French Toast: Place the cubed French bread into the slow cooker. Gently fold in the sliced bananas and chopped pecans. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure all the bread is coated. Gently stir to combine. 🍞🍌🌰

4. Cook: Dot the top of the mixture with small pieces of butter. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the French toast is set and the custard is cooked through. ⏲️🍲

5. Serve: Once cooked, serve the banana pecan French toast warm. You can top with additional sliced bananas, pecans, and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired. 😋🍽️
