Instructions

  1. Cook the Turkey:

    • Stir in the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes (with their juice), chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    • Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Taste and Adjust:
    • Taste the chili and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  6. Serve:
