REESE’S Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 24 REESE’S Miniatures, unwrapped
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
- Prepare Dough:
- Cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Form Cookies:
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in the mini muffin pan.
- Bake and Add REESE’S:
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Immediately press a REESE’S Miniature into each cookie.
- Cool:
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
