Ingredients

1 ½ lb. Ground beef
2 Cans tomato sauce
8 oz. Cream cheese
8 oz. Sour cream
8 oz. Egg noodles
1 ½ Cup Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare

Step 1:Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the ground beef until it is thoroughly browned in a pan over medium-high heat on the stove. Any excess grease should be drained.

Step 2:Cook for another 30 seconds after adding the Italian spice and minced garlic to the skillet. Add the tomato sauce and sugar to the skillet with the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Step 3:In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese. Cook the egg noodles until they are done to your satisfaction, and then drain. ½ egg noodles should be evenly distributed in the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Step 4:Put half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the noodles, followed by half of the meat mixture. Then, stack another layer of noodles, cream cheese mixture, and ground beef on top of that.

Step 5:Allow to bake for 20-25 minutes after adding the cheese to the top of the dish.
