Ingredients
β 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
β 1/2 cup pizza sauce
β 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
β 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
β 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
β 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
β 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
β 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
β Olive oil, for brushing
Preparation
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll Out Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a thin rectangle or circle.
3. Cut Dough: Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into small chips or bite-sized pieces.
4. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Brush each piece lightly with olive oil.
5. Add Toppings: Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each piece, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder, and dried basil. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.
7. Cool and Serve: Allow the pizza chips to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or appetizer with extra pizza sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
