Peanut Butter Cup Cookies :
Ingredients
โ 1 cup creamy peanut butter
โ 1 cup granulated sugar
โ 1 large egg
โ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
โ 1/4 teaspoon salt
โ 24 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Preparation
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Shape Cookies: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are just set and starting to brown around the edges.
5. Add Peanut Butter Cups: Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, press a mini peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
