Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ganache:
    • In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and unsalted butter over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Do not let it boil.
    • Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips. Let it sit for a minute to allow the chocolate to melt.
    • Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Add Flavorings:
    • Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  3. Chill the Ganache:
    • Transfer the ganache to a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
    • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
  4. Shape the Truffles:
    • Once the ganache is firm, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Coat the Truffles:
    • If you’re using graham crackers, place the crushed graham crackers in a shallow bowl. Roll each truffle in the graham crackers until coated.
    • If you’re using orange-flavored candy coating, melt according to package instructions. Dip each truffle into the melted coating, allowing excess to drip off, then place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • For an extra touch, you can also sprinkle orange-colored sprinkles on top before the coating sets.
  6. Chill Again:
    • Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to let the coating set.
  7. Serve:
    • Enjoy your Orange Creamsicle Truffles chilled or at room temperature.

These truffles are perfect for parties, holiday gifts, or just a sweet treat for yourself. Enjoy!
