No-Bake Cheesecake Bites 

Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- Mix 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
with 1/4 cup melted butter
until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin or mini cheesecake molds

until smooth.
- Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar
and 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream
until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- In a bowl, beat 16 oz of softened cream cheese
- Assemble the Bites:
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in the molds, smoothing the tops

- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm
