Ingredients
โ 1 pound ground beef
โ 1/2 pound ground pork (or additional beef)
โ 1 cup breadcrumbs
โ 1/2 cup milk
โ 1/2 cup ketchup
โ 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
โ 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
โ 1 large egg
โ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
โ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
โ Salt and pepper to taste
โ Additional ketchup or barbecue sauce for topping (optional)
Preparation
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a muffin pan or line with paper liners.
2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
3. Fill Muffin Pan: Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing down slightly to pack the mixture.
4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160ยฐF (71ยฐC).
