  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box (8.5 ounces) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 cup salsa (optional, for serving)
