Lobster Ravioli with Creamy Sauce :
Ingredients
โ 1 package (12-16 oz) lobster ravioli (fresh or frozen)
โ 2 tablespoons olive oil
โ 2 cloves garlic, minced
โ 1 cup heavy cream
โ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
โ 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
โ 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
โ Salt and black pepper to taste
โ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation
1. Cook Ravioli: Cook the lobster ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Make Creamy Sauce: Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chicken or vegetable broth, dried thyme, and dried basil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
4. Combine Ravioli and Sauce: Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the ravioli is heated through.
5. Serve: Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
