Who doesn’t love ravioli? They’re real, and the way to make this even better, is to make it a lasagna. But how do you do that? Is it even that good?

It sure is, and it’s a luscious, amazing dish that will really spark joy with every single taste of this.

The cool thing about this is that you can prepare this ahead of time, and it’s something that is so simple, and offers a ton of amazing benefits to this that will have you practically begging for more from this.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion diced

24 oz marinara

3 cloves garlic minced

2 c ricotta cheese

1 large egg

¼ c Parmesan cheese

¼ c chopped parsley

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

25 oz frozen cheese ravioli

2 c shredded mozzarella

minced parsley for garnish

Steps

Prepare your oven and preheat this to 350.

From there, get some cooking spray and put this on a baking dish. Don’t put too much, but enough to make sure the ravioli doesn’t stick to the pan.

Get a skillet and turn it to medium heat, and then, add in the onions and beef, cooking this until the beef gets brown and crumbly, and the onion starts to get translucent.

Take any grease left behind and get rid of this. Add the marinara sauce and the garlic to this, stirring this until everything’s mixed, then let it sit for a bit on low heat.

As this cooks, get the ricotta, the egg, the parmesan, the onion powder, along with the garlic powder, and then place this inside a mixing bowl. Mix this together with a mixer or with a spoon until everything is fully mixed.

Put about a third of the meat portion onto your pan, spreading this all out evenly.

Add the next layer of ravioli, then half of your ricotta, and then a third of the sauce over all of this, making sure it’s properly layered.

Repeat all of this with all of the ingredients until it’s in layers and properly arranged.

Add marina to the top of this.

Put a bunch of mozzarella cheese over the top of this.

Cover the baking dish with some aluminum foil, then put it inside your oven, baking this for around 40 minutes.

Take the cover off after 40 minutes, baking for another 10 or so until everything’s done.

Take the lasagna off of the oven, put the minced parsley over the top of this.

Let this sit at room temperature for a few minutes to let this sit and cool down. It’s hot!

Slice this up into small cuts and from there, you can serve it as needed and enjoy the results of your cooking!

Tips

What’s the best way to store this?

Chances are you’re probably not going to have leftovers, but if you somehow do have this, the best way to keep leftovers with this, is to put it in the freezer, and then, bake this on warm heat for about 20 minutes until everything’s warmed up, slice it up once again or use a spatula to get this out, and then serve!

This is not a good recipe to freeze, so make sure to eat it within a few days for the best results and taste.
