Honey Mustard Marinade Salmon :
Ingredients
β 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
β 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
β 2 tablespoons honey
β 2 tablespoons olive oil
β 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
β 2 cloves garlic, minced
β 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
β 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
β Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary until well combined.
2. Marinate Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure each fillet is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
3. Preheat Oven or Grill: If using the oven, preheat it to 400Β°F (200Β°C). If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Cook Salmon: If baking, place the marinated salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. If grilling, place the fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
5. Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven or grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Honey Mustard Marinade Salmon with your favorite sides!
