– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
– 1/2 pound sausage, sliced into rounds 🌭
– 2 cups broccoli florets 🥦
– 3 tablespoons olive oil 💧
– 3 tablespoons honey 🍯
– 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce 🍜
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 🍚
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️

Preparation 🍳

1. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes if using. Set aside. 🍯🧄🍜🍚🌶️

2. Cook Sausage: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside. 🌭💧
