Greek Salsa :
Ingredients
โ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
โ 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
โ 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
โ 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
โ 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
โ 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
โ 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
โ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
โ Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
2. Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss and Chill: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
