Ingredients:
10 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 3 lbs., trimmed)
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt (plus more to taste)
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken thighs.
Step 3: Season the chicken thighs with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Arrange the chicken thighs into a rack. Make sure to leave a bit of space between each chicken.
Step 5: Line with aluminium foil on a large baking sheet.
Step 6: Place the chicken thighs onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7: Place them inside the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done to your preference.
Step 8: Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Step 9: Coat each chicken thigh with your favourite sauce.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!

I mix buffalo wing sauce and barbecue sauce for this.
