In this, you’ll learn how to make dole whip, and you can make this for your next chill day while laying by the pool, or if you’re feeling the magic of Disney missing from your life and you want something that you can enjoy.

The best part is that this tastes arguably better than what they sell there, as it’s freshly squeezed, and it’s something that you can make with a unique freshness that you will surely love.

Ingredients:

2 cans (20 oz. each) DOLE crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Steps

Drain out the pineapple, but reserve about two tablespoons of the juice. Keep that to the side.

Take the pineapple, the lemon and lime juice, the sugar, along with the reserved pineapple juice, and put it in a blender.

Cover it, and then turn on your blender on normal setting, and then blend this until it’s fully smoothed.

Put this now into one-quart freezer bags, and then put them in the freezer.

Freeze the mixture for about 90 minutes or until it becomes super slushy

Stir the slush that’s you’ve made into your whipped cream until everything is super blended. Do this in a large bowl

Take the bowl, put it back into the freezer, and then leave it in there for another hour until the whole mixture is super frozen, and from there, you can serve it!
