Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip :
Ingredients
โ 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
โ 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
โ 1 cup sour cream
โ 1 cup mayonnaise
โ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
โ 3 cloves garlic, minced
โ 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
โ 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
โ Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed and drained spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano. Mix well.
2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-2 hours, until the dip is hot and bubbly. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
