โ 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
โ 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
โ 1 packet (about 8 oz) cream cheese
โ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
โ 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
โ 1/4 cup chopped green onions
โ 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
1. Add Ingredients to Crockpot: Place the chicken breasts or thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top. Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
3. Shred Chicken: Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir to combine the cream cheese and ranch seasoning with the shredded chicken.
