Pork tenderloin is a great dish that you can have for dinner, and it’s something that’s perfect for when you need a nice little dish. The best part of this, is that it’s something you can throw directly into the crock pot, so you don’t have to worry about this possibly becoming a problem, and it’s much easier for you to make, so you’ll have dinner ready without even needing to be there to make the dinner possible.
If you need a quick meal for dinner with your family, or if you’re just someone who really likes pork tenderloin, then you’re in luck with this delicious recipe.
Ingredients
2 pounds Pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon Ground sage
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 clove Garlic; crushed
½ cup Water
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
Steps
Get the seasonings and then mix all of these together in a bowl.
Go to your tenderloin, and then, rub the seasonings all over it until I’s properly coated in all of this.
Get a half cup of water and then put it inside your slow cooker, and then slowly put the pork tenderloin in there
You can add any other herbs and sauces to this if you’re someone who wants to include that.
Cook this on a low heat for around 6-8 or so hours.
About an hour or so before that finishes, mix the ingredients for your glaze into a small pan. This includes the cornstarch, the brown sugar, the vinegar, the soy sauce, and the water, mixing this deeply into the bowl until this is all nicely mixed together.
Put it in a skillet, and then heat this on medium heat, slowly stirring it every so often until this fully thickens up, usually around 4 or so minutes.
During the last hour or so of the cooking period, brush the roast with the glaze.
If you’d like a more caramelized sort of crust, take this out of the crockpot, put this on a sheet to put in the oven, add the glaze to this, and then, place this in the broiler for about 1-2 minutes until it’s caramelized and bubbly.
Repeat this a few more times until you get the crust that you wish to achieve on this
Serve the tenderloin with a side of the glaze in order to make sure it’s all neatly put together

Do I need to glaze the tenderloin? What’s the benefit of that?
You do not, but the thing is, if you like to have a caramelized sort of touch to your pork tenderloin, then this is the best way for you to do it. It offers a unique texture to this.
Does cooking it in the crock pot change it?
