First, you should get the broccoli rice, and then cook this in the microwave or over the stovetop based on the instructions. The latter is better if you want more flavor, but if time is of the essence, you may want to just make this in the microwave.
Get a strainer that’s made of a fine texture, and then, drain and fully squeeze out ALL of the liquid that you can from this rice. Put this aside for it to cool down while you prepare the rest of the ingredients that you need.
Take the time now to preheat the oven to 400, and then get a big baking sheet. Line this with the parchment paper.
Get a bowl, and then mix together the shredded cheese, the almond flour, the broccoli rice, and the egg together until everything is mixed. Season all of this to taste.
Once this is properly combined, with your hands form about 16 balls of the mixture, and then place them in an even manner on the baking sheet. Be careful not to have them overlap each other. You will then want to smash these down a little bit with your fingers to make them flattened out.
Have them sit on the center rack of the oven, and then bake this for around 15 or so minutes or until they get a bit brown. Flip these over, and then continue to cook these for another 8-10 minutes,
Serve these either alone, or with a sauce that’s low-carb to offer the best type of cheese rounds that you won’t be able to get enough of.
