Cranberry Orange Bread :
Ingredients
โ 2 cups all-purpose flour
โ 1 cup granulated sugar
โ 1 tablespoon baking powder
โ 1/2 teaspoon salt
โ 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
โ 1/2 cup orange juice
โ 2 large eggs
โ 1 tablespoon orange zest
โ 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
โ 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9ร5-inch loaf pan.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, orange juice, eggs, and orange zest.
4. Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the cranberries and nuts if using.
5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
