Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup uncooked rice
– 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
4. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the casserole is bubbly.
