โ 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
โ Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Cook Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
3. Add Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture is heated through and slightly thickened.

5. Add Cheese and Sour Cream: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
6. Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve your Cheesy Taco Spaghetti warm and enjoy!
