4 cups blueberries
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup oats, uncooked
Steps
After you’ve finished cleaning up the blueberries, take them, about 1 and a third cups of the sugar, and the butter, putting them in a saucepan that’s large, boiling this on medium heat levels.
Stir the contents of this all together until the butter is fully melted, and you notice that the sugar is able to be dissolved. Take this off of the heat.
Beat about 2/3 of the sugar and the cream cheese with the mixture until everything is nice and fluffy. Then, add the milk, beating everything until it’s fully smoothed out.
Stir in your bisques mix into this by hand.
Add the oats that are not cooked into this as well, making sure that it’s mixed fully with the bisquick.
From there, take 2/3 of the mixture of the dumplings on the bottm of a greased dish for baking.
From there, take the blueberry mixture and ten put it over the mixture of the dumplings.
From there, take the rest of the dumpling mixture that’s there, and then, have that sit evenly over the rest of the blueberry mixture. You can use a spoon to make sure that it spreads out, and it evenly combines around the rest of the blueberries.
Place this in an oven that’s at 350 and then bake this for another 35 minutes.
Take it out, let it cool down, but then, you can serve this warm for best results
