Ingredients:
– 1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
– 1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 package (8.5 ounces) cornbread mix
– 2 large eggs
Preparation:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, cornbread mix, and eggs. Mix well until combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
