Shrimp is great, and not just grilled or fried, but on the barbecue too! It’s something that works great on those hot summer days, and best of all, it’s tasty too. You can make these nice and spicy, or full of rich flavors, all of which are great for those who love shrimp. It also comes with potatoes and corn, which are great summertime foods, so it’s something to look forward to when you’re trying to find the perfect summer recipe.

Ingredients

250 g small potatoes

2 small ears of corn, cut into 4 pieces

250 g of sausages, wieners or sausages, cut into 4 pieces crosswise

250 g large prawns, peeled and boiled 1/2 bar of butter, melted 4 teaspoons

Tabasco 2 teaspoons mixed spices (it is desirable that there were at least some of these components are paprika, Bay leaf, black pepper, red pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, and ginger).

Steps

Get the potatoes and some salted water. Put this in a pot and let them boil in the alt water along a medium heat, keeping it on there for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes get soft. Once this is done, drain all the water from the potatoes, and then rinse these under cold tap.

Take the potatoes, and then put it on a skewer. You then want to threat the corn, followed by the sausage, and then the shrimp all together on the same skewers.

Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature range. Put some oil on the grate, or some butter to help ensure that it doesn’t get stuck, and then, get a tiny bowl, combine the spices, the tabasco, and the butter here in order to ensure that everything’s properly combined.

You then want to lubricate everything on the skewers with this blend, and then cook these. When you turn, make sure to add more of the butter mix to this. You want to make sure that the prawns are properly baked, the sausage is cooked, and also the corn is cooked, but not burned. Make sure that you take it off after around 8 or so minutes, since if you end up having that on there for too long, it will burn.

Either drizzle this with lemon, or serve it with a side of lemon to serve!

Tips

What’s the best way to add the corn, near the top or near the end?

It’s best to add this at the very end. You want to make sure that the corn gets properly cooked, but also not totally burnt. You want to make sure it’s all properly heated up, and the corn gets cooked.

When put on first, it usually doesn’t get the full cooking, but on the end it does, with the one downside of possibly burning this if you’re not mindful.

Can I make these spicier?

If you love spice, you sure can! You just have to add more Tabasco sauce to this to make sure everything’s properly flavored, and you’re getting the full array of benefits with this, and also gets you the right level of heat.

How much butter should I use?

Use enough butter that everything properly covered. You don’t need to lather it in butter, but a little bit along each side will help to lubricate this and make this taste even better for you as well.
