Baked Mississippi Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5-6 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Add Seasonings:
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and the au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add Butter and Peppers:
- Place the butter on top of the chicken breasts. Add the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve:
- Serve the chicken with the peppers and the delicious juices from the pan.
