Baked Mississippi Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5-6 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken:
    • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Add Seasonings:
    • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and the au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  4. Add Butter and Peppers:
    • Place the butter on top of the chicken breasts. Add the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve:
    • Serve the chicken with the peppers and the delicious juices from the pan.
