Baked Chicken Flautas :
Ingredients
โ 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
โ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
โ 1/2 cup salsa
โ 1/2 cup sour cream
โ 1 teaspoon ground cumin
โ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
โ 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
โ Salt and pepper to taste
โ 10-12 small flour or corn tortillas
โ Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing
For Serving
โ Salsa or guacamole
โ Shredded lettuce
โ Chopped tomatoes
โ Sour cream
Preparation
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Fill Tortillas: Place a small amount of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake: Lightly spray or brush the flautas with cooking spray or olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the flautas are crispy and golden brown.
