Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese :
Ingredients
โ 2 slices of bread (your choice)
โ 1 tablespoon butter
โ 1 ripe avocado, sliced
โ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
โ 1 tomato, sliced
โ Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice the avocado and tomato.
2. Butter Bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Assemble Sandwich: Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat. Layer with mozzarella cheese, avocado slices, and tomato slices. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Grill Sandwich: Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve: Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
