Ingredients
(6 -8) chicken pieces, cleaned
1 cup flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 ½ cups water
How to prepare
Step 1:
Dredge the flour and spices in the chicken and place the skin side up in a skillet. Then add and mix the water and the cream, then pour the chicken over.

Allow to bake for about 1 ½ hours at about 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until the skin is golden brown.
