Air Fryer Pickles :
Ingredients
โ 1 jar (16 oz) dill pickles, sliced into spears or chips
โ 1 cup all-purpose flour
โ 2 large eggs, beaten
โ 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
โ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
โ 1 teaspoon onion powder
โ 1/2 teaspoon paprika
โ 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
โ Salt and black pepper to taste
โ Cooking spray
Preparation
1. Prepare Pickles: Drain the pickles and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. Set Up Breading Station: In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
3. Bread the Pickles: Dredge each pickle spear or chip in the flour, shaking off excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
4. Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Arrange the breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
