– 6 cups turkey or chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 1 cup egg noodles (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
