REESE’S Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 24 REESE’S Miniatures, unwrapped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Prepare Dough:
    • Cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Form Cookies:
    • Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in the mini muffin pan.
  4. Bake and Add REESE’S:
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Immediately press a REESE’S Miniature into each cookie.
  5. Cool:
    • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
