Ingredients :
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
14 ½ oz can can chicken broth
2 packets of chicken sauce mix
Directions:
-Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth, cover and cook over high heat for about 3 to 4 hours or until chicken flakes easily.
-Pour 2 cups of broth/chicken juice from the slow cooker into a saucepan. Discard any remaining liquid. Add the two bags of sauce to the pan and whisk well. Simmer over low heat until sauce thickens.
-While the sauce is simmering, remove the chicken breasts from the pressure cooker and reduce them to larger pieces. That’s it! Serve with the sauce on top of the chicken. Yummy!
