It has been our family tradition to serve this Chicken Stuffing Bake on weeknights! A very simple recipe that I am sure you can make. In less than an hour, you can have the best dinner ever! Just follow these easy steps for they will guide you to perfection! Feel free to add more ingredients to this recipe if you wish. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this even better! Ingredients:

1 medium carrot, grated

1.5 c chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 box/pkg Stove Top stuffing mix

salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ c chicken, cooked and shredded

½ c cheese, grated

1 small onion, diced

1 c broccoli florets, steamed

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray in a baking dish.

Add shredded carrot, onion slices, dry stuffing mix, shredded cook chicken, and steamed broccoli into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Add the soup and chicken broth into a mixing bowl, then stir until well blended.

Pour the mixture on top of the baking dish.

Cover everything with aluminum foil.

Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 30 minutes.

Stir until just blended, then sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake for 15 more minutes or until done.

Broil for another 2 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
