Ingredients:
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
8 ounces cubed processed cheese food (Velveeta)
1 1/2 cup half-and-half
1 cup grated Muenster cheese
2 eggs
1 pkg elbow macaroni, 16 ounces
1 stick butter
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Boil the water, and from there, add in your pasta, cooking it until it’s al dente, about 8-10 minutes and then drain it, returning this to the pot you used or cooking.
Add the butter in there, and also mix this with the rest of the macaroni in an even manner.
In a big bowl, combine all of the cheeses until it’s all super combined really well. Make sure that all of the cheeses are put together, or else it won’t enhance the rest of the mixture and the flavor that well.
Put this into the noodle dish, mixing all of this well.
Preheat your oven to 350, and then, get a small bowl. Combine the eggs, half and half, pepper, and salt, mixing all of this thoroughly together until it’s all properly combined.
Put this half and half mixture into the noodles, ensuring that everything is properly mixed.
Transfer all of this to a 9xx13 pan, or a 1.5 quart casserole dish for you to use.
Bake this for 35 minutes, or until all of the cheese is melted, and the edges of this are able to bubble.
