Ingredients:

1/3 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic

Steps

First, take the soy sauce, the lemon juice, the olive oil, and the Worcester sauce, along with parsley, garlic powder, pepper, and finally the basil, placing this directly into the blender.

Add in more garlic and hot pepper sauce if you desire to have this.

Turn on the blender, and then blend this on a higher speed. Do this for about thirty seconds, or until everything is fully mixed.

Take the marinade and place it over the meat of choice.

Cover the meat with either a plastic bag, or just put the meat in the plastic bag, and then, put it in the fridge for about either or so hours.

From there you can cook this as needed. You’ll notice immediately the difference in the taste from the moment you get a chance to get it.

Tips

If you’re looking to add a kick to this, you can add a hot pepper sauce and flakes to this to really build a kick to it. Just remember though: a little goes a long way with this, since it is quite strong, and if you’re someone who can’t handle too much heat, you may get burned.

If you want to really make your chicken also taste good with this, try to keep it there for longer. From there, you can put it on the stove, or in the grill for best results.
