Homemade bread is so good, that it’s always worth the wait.

The thing is, with homemade bread, it does take a long time, and some people struggle with getting it correct. The biggest problem that they run into, is the yeast issue. Sometimes they get yeast that doesn’t activate, for one reason or another.

That can turn off a lot of people from trying to make bread, since they’ll follow the instructions correctly, only to discover that they’re not getting the bread to rise.

What are you supposed to do in that case then?

The best way to fix this, is to try using this easy homemade bread recipe.

It’s easy, it’s effective, and it lets you get the results that you want from putting together the bread, making it one of the best if you’re someone who really likes to make bread, but can’t seem to get it right because of the yeast problem.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups of Warm Water
2/3 Cup Honey
1 3/4 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
6 Cups Bread Flour

Steps:

Get a bowl to mix, and then whisk the honey and the water till it fully dissolves.

Add in the yeast, and from there, cover it with a towel to hide the sunlight from it.

From here, you should start to let it rise. You should wait about 10-20 minutes, and then check it. It should look frothy

Add in the salt, and then your bread flour about a cup at a time, whisking the first three cups that’s there, and then use a spoon that’s wooden or a spatula that’s silicone for the last three

From there, use a little bit of flour for your hands kneading this, and it should take about five minutes. Knead it right in a mixing bowl to keep it nice and clean.

Put it in there, and then, cover the dough that’s kneaded with a towel once more.

Wait about an hour. You should notice that the dough has risen quite a bit.

Watch your dough for a little bit, and then knead it a couple more times. Once you’ve noticed that it’s risen to the point that you want it to rise to, it’s time for the fun part: baking it.

Let it rise for another thirty or forty minutes within the loaf pans to make sure that they’re really at the highest level that it can.

From there, bake this in the oven. Some recipes like to have the oven set to 350 or 325.  Try both of those, and if you’re using honey, set the temperature lower, since it does affect the consistency of the bread.

Once it’s done, you can pull it out! Serve it with some jam, butter, or anything that you want to top it with. You can also use this bread for other recipes too to really make them sit and shine as well.
