Ingredients
2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 (8oz each) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter, melted
cinnamon
Steps
Take the can of crescent rolls and then line and from there, spread them all on the bottom of a baking dish. If you want, you can use about half of this to make it about half the size.
From there get a bowl and you’ll be able to combine the cup of sugar, the cream cheese, and the vanilla together. Mix all of this until it’s fully combined.
Take the mixture, and then spread this over the first layer of these crescent rolls.
Layer and unroll the rest of the crescent rolls that you have over the layer of cream cheese that you’ve created. Make sure that it’s even and isn’t smushing the cream cheese mixture.
Melt some butter in a saucepan. When it’s ready, spread this over the top of the crescent roll layer.
From there, once the top of this is coated with the butter, you can add some sugar and cinnamon to the top of this, sprinkling all of this so that there is a generous coating of it, and that, you can see a small layer of this on there. You can use a spoon to help make sure that the layers are even with this.
Bake this for at least 20-30 minutes at about 350 degrees, until it becomes a little bit browned, and a little bit bubbly.
Drizzle this with some honey over the top of this if you would like to do this.
Let this sit to cool on a cooling rack if you’d like to have something a little bit cooler. If you do eat it while it’s warm, there is always a chance that it might end up being a little more gooey than before, so make sur that you keep this in mind when you’re having this.
From there, once the mixture is cool enough for you to slice it, take a knife and then gently slice all of this into even pie shapes. Put this on a plate and have at it. Enjoy your tasty, creamy pie. You can also serve this with more honey or other toppings, depending on what you want from it.
