If you’re someone that is looking to lose weight, this is a good one.  However, for low-carb diets, it’s definitely not the best due to the high amounts of carbs and fat content within this.  You should always check with a doctor before trying this, but if you just want a quick and dirty recipe that’s perfect for you to enjoy, then you’re in luck.

The cool thing about this too, is how fast you can whip it up in no time and feed all the hungry mouths that come your way.

Ingredients :

You don’t need much by way of ingredients in order to recreate this recipe. All you’ll need are:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.

1 cup of chicken broth.

2 cloves of garlic.

2 wedges of onion.

4 cups of pepperidge farms herb seasoned stuffing mix.

1 (½ cup) cube of butter.

1 can cream of chicken soup.

1 pint of sour cream.

8 oz of thawed frozen broccoli cuts (optional).

Steps

Remove all of the cutter from your work space to clean the space up, and to offer a better movement range. This is also important for protecting the ingredients from contamination.

Take the chicken breasts and put them in a skillet. Bring this to a boiling level, and add in the broth, the garlic, and the onion, keeping the heat about medium-high levels.

Once they’ve been boiled, put the heat down to a medium level, and then let it simmer for around 15-20 minutes so that all of the flavors are there, and helps flavor the chicken in the juices. The longer you do this, the tastier it is, and the more tender it will be, so be mindful of those two things when you’re cooking this.

Pull out the chicken, use a fork to shred, but keep the broth.

Take the butter and put it in the casserole. Grab all of the ingredients and the n mix all of this together. Yes, this also includes the chicken that you just baked in the skillet, but also the broth, the garlic cloves, the onion wedges, the herb seasoning mix, the butter cube, the chicken soup can, the sour cream, and the broccoli cuts. Put all of this together inside the baking dish.

Take all of this, and then bake the mixture until everything is a nice, golden brown color.

If you’re not sure whether or not the casserole is done, you want to use the toothpick or knife method. Put it in there, and from there pull it out, seeing if it’s a clean cut, and if there is any moisture. If there is a lot of moisture, it’s not finished yet. However, do be mindful of the casserole, making sure that it doesn’t char or burn either, so that it creates the best impacts possible.

You can of course, add more ingredients, but this is the best, and easiest way to get this all put together, and you’ll be able to, with this, create the best chicken casserole that you can, which will have all of your guests clamoring for more the minute you bring it out.
