As far as retro recipes go, the mom’s goulash is one of the best on hand. This macaroni recipe is super delicious and really easy to make, and fair warning, it can get you addicted to it. It’s not just how good it tastes, it’s also how good it looks. This recipe is a great way to delight the family and new neighbours.

This was one of my mom’s favorite recipes. One of those recipes that she made when she was ina good mood, or when she wanted to reward us for being good. This is one of those recipes with an unforgettable taste that you stay craving for eternity. Although my mom stayed true to the word secret recipe and kept this a secret, I have done through lots of trial and error just to recreate my mom’s old recipe.

There were a lot of times when I got it wrong – I either added too much of something or added something that shouldn’t have been there. One time I added so much garlic, it tasted funny. Anyways, I finally discovered the recipe and boy am I glad that I did. This has become a constant in my home and my kids just can’t get enough of it. Reminds me of myself as a child. I’ll be making it this Sunday for some work friends coming over. I ho[e you’ll make a batch too.
