The pork chops here are cooked in a creamy gravy which you serve over the chops. You can serve alongside rice or mashed potatoes, and whichever you choose is sure to endear you to your family.

What you need:
3 lbs. Bone-in pork chops
½ tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Salt and pepper
10.5 oz canned cream of mushroom soup
10.5 oz canned cream of chicken soup
¾ cup beef broth
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
How to Prepare:
Step 1: Preheat olive oil over medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, garlic, and paprika. Then brown the pork chops on each side in the preheated oil
Step 2: Take out browned pork from oil. Mix mushroom soup, chicken soup and beef broth in the pan. Whisk the mix to remove any brown pork pits from the bottom of the pan.
Step 3: Place mushrooms and onions at the bottom of the crockpot. Add the browned pork over them and pour the soup-broth mix over.
Step 4: Cook on low setting for about 7 hours or until the pork is tender. Take down and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
Tips
1.Blade chop, shoulder chop or tenderloin chop are preferable for this recipe. They offer the best results in terms of tenderness.
2.If you want your gravy thickened, you can add a cornstarch slurry. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with water and then slowly add to the sauce in the crockpot and allow to thicken for about 5 minutes
