• They have a sense of time:
Studies have shown that dogs can sense how much time has passed. They use environmental cues and circadian rhythms to anticipate events, like knowing when their owners are about to come home or when it’s mealtime.
  • Sweat glands in their paws:
Unlike humans, dogs don’t sweat through their skin. Instead, they sweat through the pads of their paws. This, however, doesn’t help them cool off as much as panting, which is their primary way of regulating body temperature.
